The main aim of the Tropical Medicine & Surgery is to publish high quality research works and provide Open Access to the articles using this platform. The Journal offers a rapid and time bound review and publication that freely disseminates research findings related to Tropical Medicine & Surgery. Tropical Medicine & Surgery caters to the requirements of the medical practitioners, researchers, lab professionals, students, academicians, and industry that is involved in Medical and clinical studies. No matter how prestigious or popular; it increases the visibility and impact of published work. It increases convenience, reach, and retrieval power. Tropical Medicine & Surgery brings articles in all areas related to Tropical Medicine and Surgical aspects. Tropical Medicine encompass conditions that occur solely or principally in the tropics, as well as those that are more difficult to manage or control in the tropics, which might include a range of communicable as well as non-communicable diseases. Communicable diseases include a number of infectious diseases and parasitic diseases includes but is not limited to Acinetobacter infections, Actinomycosis, African sleeping sickness, AIDS (Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome), Amebiasis, Anaplasmosis, Angiostrongyliasis, Anisakiasis, Babesiosis, Bacillus cereus infection, Bacterial pneumonia, Bacterial vaginosis, Bacteroides infection, Balantidiasis, Botulism (and Infant botulism), Malaria, Leishmaniasis, etc., and Tropical and Neglected Tropical Diseases. Non-communicable diseases often include a number of chronic diseases of growing importance in the tropics, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, respiratory diseases and diabetes. Our journal focuses on improving our understanding of the global burden on these problems, as well as new developments in pathology, diagnosis, management and prevention of these conditions. It will also include novel mechanisms of drug delivery, treatment. Other possible disciplinary areas includes but is not limited to Tropical Medicine Research, Tropical Biomedicine, Tropical Veterinary Medicine, Epidemiology, Hygiene, Tropical Health Nutrition, Public Health, Tropical Health and other related fields.
