Journal of Ergonomics is the one of the High Impact journal in Human factors related field. The mission of the Human factors group journals provides a forum for publishing new findings on Human factors and related fields. Currently our main research objective is to encourage and assist the development of better and faster measures of publishing activity. In cases where we believe we can contribute directly, as opposed to through highlighting the work of others, we are producing our own measures of publishing activity.
