Self Care

Self care refers to actions and attitudes which contribute to the maintenance of well-being and personal health and promote human development. Good exercise, healthy diet, maintaning personal hygiene, stree management, etc are the approaches to take care of one self. Expert suggestions, doctor instructions, good literature from trusted books and observations in our daily life help us in taking care of ourself. Nurses also provide a plan on how to take care of ourself and help to implement strategies for the approaches of self-care.
