Pancytopenia is a condition that happens when an individual has low means every one of the three kinds of platelets: red platelets, white platelets, and platelets. Pancytopenia is normally because of an issue with the bone marrow that creates the platelets. In any case, there can be a few diverse basic causes. Pancytopenia is a condition that occurs when a person has low counts for all three types of blood cells: red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Pancytopenia is usually due to a problem with the bone marrow that produces the blood cells. However, there can be several different underlying causes. Pancytopenia occurs when a person has a decrease in all three blood cell types. This happens when something is wrong with the bone marrow, where blood cells are formed. Pancytopenia has many possible causes: Diseases such as cancer, lupus or bone marrow disorders.
