Journal of Advanced Techniques in Biology & Medicine volume 4, issue 2 details the methods or procedures are used to study complex issues of biology at an evolutionary level.

Rance et al. have elucidated the replication process of RNA viruses in order to assessthe abilityof thesecondary and tertiary structures in resolving the native states within the genome of RNA viruses. This study constitutes the first report about the in situ detection of secondary structures present within the 3'UTR sequence of the HCV genome. This technique differentiates the native ssRNA and dsRNA structures, which constitutes a useful tool to improve the secondary structure prediction and benefit in the identification of tertiary interactions for complex cellular RNA [1].

Roy et al. have investigated the effects of different media and growth hormones on shoot multiplication of Centellaasiatica a medicinal plant. The study compared the different accessions of Centellaasiatica for shoot multiplication with different media and growth hormones. Study findings have proven that efficient media and optimum concentration of growth hormone in conserving the micropropagation of this plant. The study further suggested that it would be useful formany other medicinal plants [2].

Tomita et al. have discussed about the advantages of IHC’s over the immuno-fluorescence staining and established a method for doublestaining cancer stem cell markers and other significant markers associated with human liver cancer [3].

Ganapathy et al. had reviewed on Nutraceuticals for its therapeutics application. They are having bioactive substance and natural bioactive compounds with diversified structures and functionalities adding to the pool of molecules for the production of therapeutic compounds. This article presents retrospective study on nutraceuticals which are having the health promoting effects [4].
