Editorial Note

Endocrinology & Metabolic Syndrome is an Open Access, rapid peer-reviewed journal that publishes in the areas related to the field such as biosynthesis, storage, chemistry, and physiological function of hormones and with the cells of the endocrine glands and tissues that secrete them.

Endocrinology is a medical specialty that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of diseases related to hormones, particularly biochemical processes involved in the body. It mainly focuses on the endocrine organs, such as pituitary, thyroid, adrenals, ovaries, testes, pancreas, secretions called hormones, also its diseases and other syndromes.

It’s all our pleasure to announce that during the year 2019, all issues of volume 8 were published online within the time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online and successfully stepped into volume 9. Beside all these, the journal is planning to bring an online special issue in 2020. The Impact factor of Endocrinology and Metabolic Syndrome for the year 2018 was 1.01, while Index Copernicus Value (ICV) is 84.15. Endocrinology and Metabolic Syndrome is indexed in indexing databases like Index Copernicus, EBSCo, Worldcat, Publons, Google Scholar, Genamics Journalseek, Refseek, Jamia Hamard University, Sherpa Romeo. During the calendar year 2019 the journal received many quality papers, which are underwent preliminary screening for plagiarism, after passing preliminary screening and peer-review process, we published papers in 2019. Average review process time is 6-8 weeks from qualified eminent reviewers. Our review process can be tracked by the authors at any time and can contact us through online portal system. Endocrinology and Metabolic Syndrome is releasing issues in the frequency of bimonthly. It also supports its related conferences which are going on worldwide. Endocrinology and Metabolic Syndrome journal has huge editorial board members, who are highly efficient who are active and participates in every step for the development of Journal. I take this opportunity to thank my Editorial Board members and reviewers who are actively taking part in editing of articles to publish the papers. Thanks to their generous support towards the journal. We would also like to thank our mass mailing team which is very helpful in this journey.

According to the Google Analytics our Journal Endocrinology and Metabolic Syndrome is getting good number of visitors to our website. Mostly readers/visitors are from India, USA, UK, Saudi, Japan, etc.

We are happy to inform you that our Twitter account is having 700+ followers in the span of 6 months. We also have 500+ followers in linkedin, facebook. We also getting good responses from the websites like Academia.edu which is a good platform for the researchers, students.

We are receiving good number of articles in 2020, expecting to receive more articles which enhance our journal reputation in the upcoming days.

We are proud to announce that our journal successfully completed 2 issue releases and will release one more issue by end of June’20.

More cooperation from editors and reviewers flawless support will boost the journal to reach more heights.
