Positive PR3-ANCA and a lung biopsy showing necrotizing vasculitis, necrotizing geographic granulomatous inflammation with negative microbiological work-up confirmed the diagnosis of Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (former Wegener´s granulomatosis).
