Food Allergy: Always a Threat, How do We Treat it?

Food allergy is a disorder with high frequency in children. The similarities of gastrointestinal food allergy symptoms with those of other diseases make it difficult to diagnose the disease. Digestive symptoms of food allergy can range from mild to severe, including anaphylaxis. Treatment consists of food allergen avoidance and medications to relieve symptoms and their remission.
