  Workplace Harassment in Higher Education in Taiwan, ROC: Review and Recommendations

  Hostile conduct in the workplace is characterized in many forms of harmful acts. Workplace harassment of academics in particular as premeditated hostile conduct remain being common, while the victims may be unaware of the legal recourses to serve as deterrents for workplace offences of a non-violent nature. The purpose of this work is to synthesize earlier works on bullying and mobbing while emphasizing the occurrence of this forms of hostile conduct in higher education environments. It is recommended that potential legal remedies ought to be formulated to address individual cases of hostile conduct from individual or multiple aggressors. .. View More»
