Aims and Scope
Advances in Dairy Research (ADR), a broad-based journal was founded on two key tenets: To publish the most exciting researches with respect to the subjects of Dairy sciences. Secondly, to provide a rapid turn-around time possible for reviewing and publishing and to disseminate the articles freely for research, teaching and reference purposes.
Advances in Dairy Research brings articles in all areas related to Dairy Technology and dairy science including: the Dairy diseases Milk born diseases, cell biology and endocrinology of lactation; animal husbandry, milk production, Dairy and animal breeding, Pasteurization, Packing technology and Health and Dairy Products; biotechnology and food science; properties of milk proteins and other components; dairy products such as cheese, fermented milks and spreads; relevant studies in bacteriology, enzymology and immunology, the use of milk products in other foods; and the development of methods relevant to these subjects.
All works published by the Longdom Publishing are under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License. This permits anyone to copy, distribute, transmit and adopt the work provided, the original work and source is appropriately cited. ADR strongly supports the Open Access initiative. All published articles will be assigned DOI provided by Cross Ref. The journal keeps updated reviews on Advances in Dairy Research. Abstracts and full texts (HTML, PDF and XML format) of all articles published by this journal are freely accessible to everyone immediately after publication. ADR supports the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing.
