Welcome to the Twelfth volume of Journal of Clinical and Experimental Cardiology, an open access journal. Hope this year marks a milestone in the history of the journal because it comes with some very interesting and informative manuscripts within scope of journal. The previous volume consists of twelve issues and each issue consists of at least five articles. To get best advantage out of this development, we encourage more types of articles besides, regular research, review or commentary articles we are also planning to publish video article, which is bit interesting. This will help us in scoring high in performance measures and moving up in journal ranking lists.
