Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine
The Journal of Stem Cell Research and Therapy is announcing its upcoming Special Issue titled "Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine". During the first week of May 2021, this special issue is scheduled to be published.
Stem cell therapy, also known as regenerative medicine, facilitates the repair of diseased, dysfunctional or wounded tissues through the use of stem cells or their derivatives. It is the next chapter of organ transplantation and uses cells, which are small in quantity, instead of donor organs. The goal of regenerative medicine is to promote the repair and regeneration of organs, thereby avoiding the need for replacement. With this special issue, the Journal aims to provide, through comprehensive empirical and theoretical research studies, a coherent, peer-reviewed current understanding, knowledge and future guidance on key aspects of stem cell and regenerative medicine.
Main Notable Key point:
- Mesenchymal Stem Cells
- Tissue engineering
- Regeneration of organs
- Hematopoietic Stem Cells
