Oral Health and Dental Management is pleased to announce Special Issue on “Dental practice and transmission of this novel infection (COVID-19)”

Dental practitioners are at the greatest risk of novel coronavirus infection as they are involved in face to face communication with patients and hence are exposed to blood, saliva, handling of sharp instruments and droplet/aerosol formation during major dental procedures. This special issue has been created to discuss specific recommendations that are required for dental practice which needs to be suggested for patient screening, infection control strategies, and protocol required for patient management.

To raise awareness on the potential risks of COVID-19 transmission in dental practice, discuss and suggest some preventive measures, Scholars belonging to Dentistry and Oral Health discipline are encouraged to publish their breakthrough findings for the control of the transmission of this novel infection. Quick publication and open discussion by rapid peer review will enhance the clarity and information dissemination of this specific special issue topic. The rapid editorial and bias-free publishing system will aid the readers to access quality papers in oral health impact factor journals and disseminate knowledge for the betterment of the scientific society. •Special issue articles can include both original unpublished research articles and review articles related to the specific theme

•Manuscripts will be accepted for publishing in the special issue only after getting approved by the peer review committee.

•All the articles in special issues should strictly adhere to journal style and formatting.

•Special issues are intended to be released with limited no. of articles. Authors are encouraged to send their articles on or before the submission deadlines mentioned above.
