The ultimate goal of risk management should be to maintain the benefits of the product while mitigating the risks. Pharma risk managemnet allows to determine specific risks and problems. The range of responses can include accepting the risk as it is; changing the product, process or program; avoiding the risk altogether; or actively pursuing ways to reduce the risk’s threat to the product, process, or program. Pharma risk managemnetand identification technique provides various methods to identify risks that could affect the safety, quality, reliability, or durability of a product, process or program and organizes the risks in order to evaluate them and plan appropriate responses.
