Nucleotide Sequencing

Nucleotide sequencing is defined as a process of determining the order of nucleotides. Nucleotides are defined as an organic molecules that act as monomers or the subunits of nucleic acids. Nucleotides are known as the building blocks for nucleic acids. Nucleotides are composed of a nitrogenous base, a five carbon sugar that is ribose or deoxyribose and at least one phosphate group.
