He had been graduated from Baghdad University - College of Science (industrial chemistry department) in June 1975 and got a master's degree in chemistry from the University of Technology at Baghdad in 2002.The Iraqi ministry of minerals and industry appointed me as a senior expert degree in nuclear techniques in 2004 as a result of my experience and activities in Iraqi atomic energy for the period 1975-2003.
