Abstract:
The newest methods of ATF control of hygiene of working surfaces, as well as mibrobiological control of product will be
presented. System Sure Plus-Luminomether for fast ARF control of working surfaces hygiene and express mibrobiologycal
control of final product for 7 hours. It will discussed about Compact Dry-dry lyophilised, homogenious, mibrobiologycal plates
of AEK Microwal and Norwal intended for mibrobiologycal control of final product and surfaces avoiding the need of sterile
work conditions and special trained person–microbiologist who would work.
