Abstract:

Monitoring program for food safety is prepared and yearly adopted from the government of Republic of Macedonia. It is
performed by food inspectors as a part of official control of a food chain. Assessing collected data give as opportunities
for planning and preventing risk on food contamination. Assessment on three year collected data was performed on monitoring
on pesticide residues, monitoring on heavy metals, monitoring on mycotoxines in correlation with three year collected data on
sampling performed in official inspection control.
