Theme: Leadership and professional development via learning the capacities required for practicing physicians, studying and comparing health care systems, and highlighting the lapses that can be corrected to make the these systems more efficient and maintain the required continuous improvements. The workshop can also be considered for training of trainers. The course is becoming a requirement in the residency program encouraged by the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons and adopted by Post-Graduate Medical Education Offices in medical schools in Canada.
