The term gerontological nursing, is now a days called geriatric nursing is more consistent with the specialty's which is broadly focusing on health and wellness, in addition to sickness. There is a huge difference in the body patterns of old age people and young people. Young persons have an immune system that is capable of preventing diseases and it is not affected by most of the disease. In some case if it is affected by some severe disease it easily recovers by having drugs or medicines. But older people need acute care and nursing to recover as their immune system is very weak. Innovations are new idea, device or process. Innovations are the application of better solutions that meet new requirements, inarticulated needs or existing market needs. It is proficient through more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or new ideas that are readily available to markets, governments and society. Innovations are something original and novel, as a significant, new that “breaks into” the market or society.
