Dr. Agnieszka Nowak has received his PhD in Technical University of Lodz in 2002. Currently, she is working as assistant professor in Institute of Fermentation Technology and Microbiology, Technical University of Lodz. She has authored 18 research articles and co-authored 2 books. She is a member of Polish Society of Food Technology.
Dr. Agnieszka Nowak research interest include Wine microbiology, synthesis of biogenic amines by microorganisms in food and wine, Brochothrix thermosphacta spoilage potential, novel food packaging method, shelf-life extension of meat and meat product. food law.
