Biography

Dr.Vo Ngoc Dieu received his B. Eng. and M. Eng. degrees in electrical engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, in 1995 and 1999, respectively and his D. Eng. degree in energy from Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Pathumthani, Thailand in 2007. He is Research Associate at AIT and lecturer at Department of Power Systems, Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam and currently working his post-doctoral research at Institute of Electrical Power Systems and High Voltage Engineering, Dresden University of Technology.
