Biography

I first joined the Centre for Drug Research, Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1999 as a research fellow. My core area of research is analytical chemistry and its application in preclinical and clinical studies related to tropical medicine. I have worked and published several novel analytical methods for assay of antimalarial and leshminiasis and its application in preclinical and clinical studies. These assay methods would be useful in drug assay of plasma samples generated from preclinical and multisite clinical trials.
