Biography

Dr. Rakesh K Tekade, Assistant Professor of the Department of Pharmaceutics, is an academic-researcher with >10 year of teaching and research and postdoctoral experience gained in USA, UK, Malaysia, and India. Dr. Tekade’s research group at NIPER-A investigates the design, development, and characterization of targeted nanotechnology-based formulations for the site-specific delivery of therapeutic drugs, siRNA, microRNA, plasmids, and peptides for the treatment of cancer.
