Biography
He is awarded PhD from Complutense University of Madrid, Spain.àHe holds a Master Degree from the University of Florida followed by a Bachelorââ¬â¢s Degree (BSc) in Physics from UPR Rio, Piedras. He has extended his valuable service as a Professor in Department of Natural Sciences UPR Carolina and has been a recipient of many award and grants. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.àHis research interests as a Professor reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
