Biography
Professor of Veterinary Medicine at the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He has vast experience in research and education in epizootiology, with international track record in the study of rabies and rabies related viruses. His serological, virological, immunology and genomics work on rabies in both man and animals took him to Iowa State University in 1974 where he conducted his PhD research in the Laboratory of Dr. Frod.
