Dr. Masakazu Toi is an Associate professor in the Department of Breast Surgery, Graduate School of Medicine, Kyoto University, Japan. His study interests major on Breast Surgery. In recent years, he has studied several on colon, heart, brain. Currently , Dr. Toi is the author/editors/reviewer in several international journals.
