Biography

Dr. Jun Yao obtained his Ph.D. in Power Engineering and Thermal Physics in 2002 at Zhejiang University (China). He worked at National University of Singapore (Singapore) as a research fellow from 2003 to 2006 in chemical engineering. He moved to University of Leeds (UK) and worked as a research fellow from 2006 to 2010 in particle science and technology. He published 71 journal articles and more than 100 international conference proceedings papers in the field of Multiphase Flows including measurement technology of multiphase flow, multi-scale modelling of multiphase flow and particle science and technology.
