Biography
Dr. Ahmad is an Assistant Professor and a researcher in a multidisciplinary field, has engaged in several research domains in a range of organisms, but the primary focus is on different aspects of genetic diversity and evolution. The current research activities include molecular evolution, sequencing analyses, the genetic and molecular basis of emerging antimicrobial resistance and metagenomic populations, genome annotation, diversity analysis; the role of gene conversion in evolution.
