Biography
Dr. Fernández R studied biology at the Central University of Venezuela, he completed my PhD in Life and Health Sciences at the Pasteur Institute of Lille and the University of Lille. he completed 3 postdoctoral degrees, between France and Venezuela and participated as a teacher researcher in the Prometheus Program of the Secretariat of Science and Technology at the University of the Armed Forces in Ecuador.
