David Swayne

Biography
Dr. Swayne is currently the Director of the Southeast Poultry Research Laboratory of the USA. Dr. Swayne is a past president of the American College of Poultry Veterinarians and former Board member of American Association of Avian Pathologists. He received his PhD from The University of Georgia. Dr. Swayne’s research productivity includes 192 scientific peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Swayne has served as editor, co-editor or associate editor for six texts or proceedings books, and has served on editorial boards for three journals (Avian Diseases, Avian Pathology and Veterinary Pathology)
