Biography
 I  have a PhD by the Autonomous University in Madrid (1993) in Mechanisms of entry into eucaryotic cells of Listeria monocytogenes. From 1994 to 1999 I had an appointment as Reserach Associate at the Cell Biology Department at Washington University in Saint Louis (MO, USA) working on the Regulation of Listeria monocytogenes phagocytosis by small GTPases. My focus of research has been Listeria monocytogenes cell biology and immunology
