Objective: To identify the location of the mental foramen in the mandibular body using Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional analysis and synthesis study was carried out that included 300 CBCT, of ??????which 116 were analyzed and measured, where the mandibular body and its two hemiarches were observed. Results: The average distance from the MF to the alveolar ridge was 18 mm, the average distance in men was 18.42 mm and in women 17.75 mm, the distance from the MF to the basal fuel mandibular edge of 9.68 mm, the average in men was 10.60 mm and in women 9.13 mm, while the MF to the table was 3.36 mm, in men, it was 3.49 mm and in women of 3.28 mm and the average distance from the MF to the lingual table was 8.57 mm, in men, it was 9.25 mm and in women 8.17 mm, however, in the anatomical variations, only one case of double mental foramen was found.

Conclusion: It is concluded that the average distance in the alveolar ridge was the mayor's office of all, the mental foramen in the crest was 18.00 mm, towards the basal edge of 9.68 mm, towards vestibular of 3.36 mm and towards lingual of 8.57 mm and only A case of a double Mental Foramen was found in the female gender.
