A note to Chromatography

Chromatography is one type of method for separating
components of mixture, solutes, based on the relative quantities
of each solute distributed between a moving fluid stream, called
the mobile phase, and a stationary phase that is contiguous. The
mobile phase can be a liquid or a gas, and the stationary phase
can be a solid or a liquid.
